Complaints Procedure

It is our objective to ensure that every PDH client is delighted with our Products and Services.

However, we understand that there may arise a situation where things may go wrong. This procedure advises how to bring such things to our attention if you are not happy about the products and services that you have received.

We will ensure that all complaints received are followed up and addressed, to prevent any such recurrence.

We will acknowledge your complaint either by telephone or by writing within 2 working days.
 
Further we will advice you of the status of the compliant as soon as we can, after carrying out a full investigation of your compliant.
