www.prathikshadesignhouse.com believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on www.prathikshadesignhouse.com ?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Returns and Alterations:
WHAT IS MADE TO MEASURE? CUSTOM SIZE. DO’ S & DON’TS
Made to measure implies a standard size (S, M, L, XL) being tweaked to meet your size requirements. Eg. If your standard size is M but sleeve length is that of L, do not worry. We will do it for you.
Measurements are rounded off to the nearest half inch, given that the fabric is hand cut. Eg: 30.2 = 30.5 & 30.7 = 31
We offer customization which is limited to the options we have on offer. Certain external inputs on design elements, including the one on sample dress may not be executable on a Prathiksha Design House outfit.
We hope you agree that there needs to come a time when we start work on your outfit, based on the details (measurements, fabric, design elements) given by you at the time of placing the order. It is the point of no return. Any changes requested beyond this point would be treated as alterations. Our policy for alterations would then apply.
WHEN DO YOU NEED AN ALTERATION?
An alteration is either size or design related.
Size Alteration: If there's been an issue with your sizing, we will always work with you to get it right.
Design Alteration: If you require a design change (ex . shorten length, add sleeves or make it sleeveless etc) after receiving your order, we'll try and incorporate the changes as far as possible.In certain cases, however, if there's a charge involved, we'll keep you notified. If a design change is necessary due to a Prathiksha Design House oversight, then it will be made with no additional charge.
Alteration requests for shipped out orders must be made within 14 days of receiving the dress.
No alterations are entertained if you’ve purchased a standard size.
The Travelling Style Consultation service is not available for alterations.
HOW TO GO ABOUT AN ALTERATION
1. Call or write in to us with your issue, we’ll help you arrive at the solution.
2. Ship the dress back to us in the Prathiksha Design House box in which it arrived. You may also choose to send us a well-fitting sample dress. Give us a call if you need help scheduling a courier pick up.
3. Once the package reaches us, we’ll take care of the rest. All requests take 5 working days from the date of receipt by Prathiksha Design House. We will contact you within 5 working days to update the status. We know you’re keen to have your dress back, we’ll do our best to get it to you at the earliest..
5. Alteration charges, if any, are collectible at the time of delivery. Cash Only.
In case the alteration cannot be carried out amicably, you can return the PDH oufit to the address listed on the Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving it. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the outfit. Returns are not accepted for custom sizes or custom designs. If you selected a standard design and size, you may return the dress for a full refund. The right to accept returns, however, remains the sole discretion of Prathiksha Design House.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9535277773 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
